Selvra is an AI-powered college admissions advisor that generates personalized reports, school-specific chance assessments, and action plans based on information you provide. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee admission to any institution.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Selvra, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Selvra offers a free tier and a Pro subscription billed monthly through Stripe.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information to generate reports.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit report content without our consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports and recommendations generated by Selvra are produced by AI models and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional counseling, guaranteed admissions advice, or any assurance of college admission outcomes. Selvra makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Selvra. You retain ownership of the academic profile data you submit. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selvra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
